Regional Sales Director

About the role

Cesna Recruitment is hiring a Regional Sales Director in Bang Phli Yai. The role covers the regional market strategy and leads the team to meet company objectives, with a focus on localized marketing, data-driven decisions and strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Define the regional market business layout and lead the team to achieve company objectives
• Create localized marketing plans and goals, and raise local brand awareness through channel operations to hit sales targets
• Carry out market research and analysis, including product, market and competitor analysis, and manage sales data and customer credit information
• Build customer profiles, run graded customer management, and audit external clients' credit, qualifications and financial capability
• Coordinate cross-functional work such as sales order delivery, slow-moving inventory, invoicing and pricing

Required profile

• Bilingual communication in Chinese-Thai or English-Thai (essential)
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build long-term customer relationships
• Sensitivity to data and strong analytical abilities
• Established sales resources and industry networks
