Regional Supply Chain Security Manager, APJ

About the role

This role drives moderately complex activities to protect the security and integrity of an organization's systems, processes and data. It involves gathering evidence, analysing data and working with teams to mitigate risks and ensure compliance, while identifying security risks and priorities and setting long-term security goals. The position is based in Bangkok.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver tactical security support to divisional and regional operations and manage one or more security programs aligned with the organization's security strategy.
• Support site and subsidiary security operations so organizational standards are applied.
• Assess security exposures and implement programs to address them, influencing stakeholders and clients as needed.
• Conduct and support investigations within the region or elsewhere as requested by Global Security Management.
• Provide support in executive protection, crisis management, site security and brand security as directed.
• Run training and awareness programs on security best practices for employees and stakeholders.
• Maintain security data, incident reporting databases and measures, and assess third-party vendor security practices.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures and controls, and liaise with government, industry and intelligence professionals.

Required profile

• Recommended four-year or graduate degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Law Enforcement or a related discipline, or commensurate experience.
• Typically 7-10 years of experience, preferably in law enforcement, military, intelligence, specialized security systems or a related field.
• Preferred certifications: Certified Protection Professional (CPP), CISSP, and industry certifications such as CISM or CISA.
