Retail Stylist – Customer Experience & Sales

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Retail Stylist to deliver exceptional customer experiences in its Nakhon Ratchasima store. The role blends product expertise, sales acumen and brand storytelling to help shoppers find the perfect Levi’s pieces while supporting store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Levi’s history, heritage and product range.
• Provide exceptional customer service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Achieve or exceed daily individual and store sales targets.
• Follow cash‑handling, security, safety and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Assist stock associates with merchandise replenishment, security tagging and pricing.
• Maintain store visual standards and overall housekeeping.
• Execute rapid floor refill using RFID‑enabled inventory processes.
• Utilise basic iOS devices, troubleshoot minor issues and follow technical manuals.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform constant standing, walking, squatting and bending.
• Minimum 1 year of customer‑service experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Structured, organized, methodical, consistent and adaptable.

Required skills

• Familiarity with iOS devices.
• Basic device troubleshooting.
• Understanding of RFID inventory management processes.
