About the role
The Sales Manager will lead a team to deliver sales results, develop individual account plans, and advise senior leadership on strategy and customer plans.
Key responsibilities
- Lead sales results and individual account growth targets.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop sales staff.
- Manage budgeting, planning, and sales compensation.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors.
- Use data analysis to guide strategy and recommend actions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, strategic mindset with resilience and positive attitude.
