About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Sales Administrative Officer to support our sales and project management operations in Thailand. The role involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating sales documents, maintaining customer portals, and assisting with customer visits and project samples.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with administrative duties such as organizing meetings, preparing documents, and managing office supplies.
- Support the Project Management team with sample coordination, preparation for customer visits, and related tasks.
- Process sales‑related transactions, including new price requests, credit notes, and debit notes, ensuring accurate and timely entry.
- Maintain and update selling prices in customers’ online portals (Toyota and Honda accounts), guaranteeing data accuracy and compliance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
- Good command of written and spoken English.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
