Sales Promotion Staff – South Lower Region (12‑month contract)

About the role

BASF is seeking a motivated Sales Promotion Staff to support its agricultural solutions in the South Lower region of Thailand. You will work both in the field and at the Emporium Office in Bangkok, building strong relationships with dealers, sub‑dealers and key farmers to drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sub‑dealers across Chumphon and Surat Thani, ensuring they meet sales targets through regular visits and performance monitoring.
• Execute promotional campaigns and produce detailed sales reports for dealers, sub‑dealers, farmers and internal promoters.
• Develop and maintain an effective network of dealers, sub‑dealers and key farmers.
• Carry out field activities, create demand, and provide support to the Senior Promoter in the area.
• Foster teamwork and a collaborative spirit within the business unit.
• Strengthen relationships with sub‑dealers and key farmers, responding to company requirements and systems.
• Prepare and submit market information reports to senior sales leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science or a related field.
• 2–3 years of field experience in the agricultural or seed industry.
• Fluent communication skills in Thai and English.
• Strong commitment to outdoor, field‑based work.
• Own a personal vehicle and hold a valid driving licence.
