Asset Manager – Renewable Energy

About the role

The Asset Manager will oversee the performance, reporting and budgeting of solar PV and energy storage assets, ensuring smooth transition from EPC to operations and compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect assets monthly, monitor daily performance via monitoring software, and prepare internal and external reports.
• Manage budgets, capital expenditures and operating expenses, and advise on maintenance plans and performance improvements.
• Handle contract compliance, power purchase agreements, O&M agreements, insurance claims and license renewals.
• Act as primary contact for clients and stakeholders, supervise O&M partners, and support M&A due diligence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical or mechanical) and at least 3 years’ experience in solar renewable energy.
• Good spoken and written English, ability to travel in Thailand and Southeast Asia, and a valid driver’s license with a car.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose operational issues and optimize energy production.
