Senior Analyst, Performance & Insights (Bangkok)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Senior Analyst to join its Strategy & Analytics team in Bangkok. You will help drive growth for the Strategic Partnerships business by turning data into actionable insights and shaping performance across the APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative analyses to uncover growth opportunities and prioritize investment areas for Strategic Partnerships in APAC.
• Use data and analytical tools to evaluate partnership performance, identify levers for improvement, and support decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (B2B, White Label, Affiliates, finance, product, marketing, supply) to design and execute initiatives.
• Maintain and enhance the department’s performance management system, supporting a large team of account managers.
• Oversee data infrastructure, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness, and manage the tools that enable reporting and analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data‑driven analysis within a fast‑moving, commercial environment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across multiple functions and markets.
• Willingness to relocate to Bangkok and work in a hybrid model (3 days onsite per week).
