Senior Consultant, Delivery Management (Site Electrical Engineer)

About the role

Aurecon is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead delivery management for site electrical engineering projects within its Infrastructure business. You will work with highly skilled specialists to turn ideas into reality for complex infrastructure clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate resources, third‑party vendors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Define project scope and objectives, secure resource availability and develop detailed project plans.
• Manage project changes, monitor performance, report to senior management and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Perform risk management and keep comprehensive project documentation up to date.
• Delegate tasks, track budgets and performance, and support professional development of team members.

Required profile

• Relevant technical qualification (Professional Engineering or Architect License, 2nd Class) with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Architecture.
• Chartered status is preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of project management experience.
• Excellent client‑facing, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
