Senior Development Engineer – Project Management

About the role

Electrolux is seeking a Senior Development Engineer with strong project management capabilities to lead the technical development of new products and components for its home‑appliance portfolio. The role combines hands‑on engineering with cross‑functional coordination to deliver innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical and project management lifecycle for new product and component development.
• Identify, analyse, and resolve engineering issues through hands‑on troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with regional and global R&D teams to ensure alignment on design, testing, and launch schedules.
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and risk registers to meet quality and delivery targets.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive innovation across the product line.
