Senior Product Designer – Design Systems

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead and evolve its multi‑platform design system (ADS). Based in Bangkok with relocation support, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and accessibility experts to create scalable, high‑quality design components that power Agoda’s travel products and white‑label partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the core foundations of the Agoda Design System, including components, tokens, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent implementation across web, mobile, and partner platforms.
• Drive the evolution of design standards, incorporating accessibility (WCAG) and visual design best practices.
• Mentor junior designers and champion design‑system thinking across the organization.
• Measure the impact of the design system on product quality and development efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years (72 months) of product design experience, preferably in a design‑system or large‑scale UI environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design of reusable components and systems.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting.
