Senior Project Manager, Test Technology and Systems PMO

About the role

Analog Devices is hiring a Senior Project Manager for its Test Technology and Systems (TTS) PMO in Chon Buri. The Senior PM independently manages a portfolio of complex and strategic engineering projects for the Quality, Optimization and Excellence Team (QOET), working closely with QOET Engineering Leads and cross-functional teams to keep projects on track, mitigate risks and meet objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage a distinct category or portfolio of complex or strategic QOET projects, collaborating with Engineering Leads and functional teams.
• Facilitate project planning sessions, defining scope, objectives, success metrics and resource needs.
• Monitor progress against plans, identify deviations and work with Engineering Leads on corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to TTS PMO processes, standards and templates.
• Identify, track and manage project risks and issues, escalating critical items to the PMO Lead or Lead PM.
• Drive accountability from Engineering Leads and project team members for deliverables and milestones.
• Lead the resolution of roadblocks and delays, engaging IT, Manufacturing and Planning stakeholders as needed.
• Prepare and deliver accurate, timely project status reports to the PMO Lead and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engineering Leads/DRIs on project communications and provide guidance to junior PMs.
• Champion the use of PMO templates and tools, and give feedback for process and tool refinement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven project management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects independently; experience in risk management, issue resolution and stakeholder management.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment; 10% travel required.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management software.
• Familiarity with Power BI for reporting and analysis is a plus.
