About the role
The Senior Specialist, Customer Success will join Mastercard’s Services division to drive adoption and value of network products across the region. You will act as a trusted advisor to priority customers, helping them navigate cyber‑risk challenges and optimise their digital payments experience. This role collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver proactive, outcome‑focused support.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customer stakeholders to assess solution viability and understand emerging cyber‑threats in the payments ecosystem.
- Identify and recommend optimisation opportunities that increase product utilisation and drive business growth.
- Coordinate with Network Services, Account Management, Sales, Product and Technical Account Managers to ensure seamless delivery and technical readiness.
- Generate qualified leads for value expansion and provide actionable feedback for product and process improvements.
- Support regional strategic priorities by delivering tailored success plans and monitoring key performance indicators.
Required profile
- Proven experience in customer success or account management within financial services or digital payments.
- Strong stakeholder‑management skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on identifying optimisation and risk‑mitigation opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
