Team Lead, Intermediaries Strategy Management

About the role

Eastspring, a global asset manager with Asia at its core, is hiring a Team Lead of Intermediaries Strategy Management at its Mitrtown office in Bangkok. The role drives scalable business growth by shaping strategic enablement plans, managing the integrated marketing mix and coordinating cross-functional execution between Intermediaries Sales Partnership and Intermediaries Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of an integrated marketing mix with Intermediaries Sales to meet business growth objectives.
• Manage sales tools and the sales plan, train the Sales team where needed and act as a central hub for service delivery improvements.
• Manage the sales pipeline with Sales and Partnership teams so sales drive AUM according to plan, monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies.
• Stay up to date on market trends and competitors, conduct market research and develop marketing strategy for local and regional markets.
• Drive process and marketing improvements based on feedback to raise efficiency and partner service levels.
• Lead the centralized Intermediaries business risk monitoring function, including due diligence, fund RFP preparation, sales forecast oversight and performance monitoring, and recommend short- and mid-term sales strategies.
• Drive efficiency improvements through project management and other tasks assigned by the team head and senior leaders.

Performance indicators

• Sales effectiveness rate: utilization of the marketing mix, sales tools and plan versus AUM growth targets.
• Compliance governance quality: accuracy and timeliness of due diligence, RFP preparation and performance monitoring.
• Market development index: securing new market size and channels and executing mid-term engagement plans.
• Operational efficiency: successful completion of project management initiatives.
