About the role
Haier is looking for a Technical Service Support specialist for its TV product line in Bangkok. The role combines supporting service centers, investigating product quality issues and providing technical training to service centers and customers.
Key responsibilities
- Consult and support assigned service centers with coaching and mentoring on TV products, technician productivity and efficiency.
- Provide technical training to Haier service centers and customers.
- Carry out field product quality surveys, research databases, perform on-site visits, obtain samples and research potential solutions.
- Produce technical reports covering the above activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of work experience in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of television technical skills.
- Able to travel on business trips to the provinces.
- Good communication skills.
