Accounting Manager

About the role

We require an Accounting Manager to support the development of an already successful Accounting Practice. The role involves managing a team that delivers outsourced accounting services to a portfolio of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accounting reports for client management and statutory financial statements.
• Ensure timely delivery of accounting services while maintaining high quality standards.
• Develop strong client relationships and act as a financial controller when needed.
• Motivate, develop and train accountants within the team.
• Improve team efficiency, manage budgets and identify solutions for overruns.
• Support proposal preparation for prospective clients and contribute to practice quality controls, IT and MIS.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with at least 8 years of experience, preferably in an international company.
• Strong knowledge of the Thai Revenue Code and high proficiency in written and spoken English.
• CPA, Tax Auditor or other international accounting qualification is a plus.
• Proactive attitude, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
