Agency Training and Communication Specialist

About the role

AIG Thailand is seeking an Agency Training and Communication Specialist to bridge internal stakeholders and agents across Thailand. The role focuses on developing and delivering training and communication programs that support sales objectives and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement training and communication programs aligned with sales goals and regulatory requirements.
• Support the sales team by enhancing agent performance and ensuring compliance.
• Develop engaging training materials and deliver effective training sessions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive sales growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in insurance.
• Strong knowledge of non‑life insurance products and regulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational and project‑management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
