About the role
The AI Management Trainee program offers a rotating experience across multiple departments, focusing on integrating AI tools and automation into business operations. You will work on real projects that drive digital transformation and data‑informed decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze workflows, identify AI or automation opportunities, and execute proof‑of‑concepts.
- Assist in implementing tools such as ChatGPT, Notion AI, n8n, or Cursor.
- Rotate through CEO office, corporate operations, business, marketing, or HR teams to solve problems with AI solutions.
- Document improved processes and create internal guides for AI usage.
- Summarize use cases and results in internal reports and automate routine data tasks or dashboard updates.
Required profile
- Currently studying or holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline (STEM, Business, or Social Science preferred).
- Familiarity with at least one AI tool such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Notion AI, n8n, or Cursor.
- Basic knowledge of Python or SQL is an advantage.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem‑solving, and structured thinking skills.
- Curiosity and willingness to self‑learn new technologies.
