AI Transformation Lead

About the role

aCommerce, the leading e‑commerce service provider in Southeast Asia, is looking for an AI Transformation Lead to champion the adoption, integration and safe usage of Artificial Intelligence across the organisation. The role blends training, coaching and change‑management to help non‑technical staff boost personal and departmental productivity using the company’s standard AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategies for deploying AI within the company using standard tooling.
• Create and deliver training programs that enable staff to understand and apply AI tools to improve productivity.
• Track AI usage for personal productivity and evangelise successful practices internally and externally.
• Establish policies and learning resources for the safe use of AI by citizen developers.
• Set up lightweight evaluation processes for new AI tools, ensuring they meet security and corporate standards.
• Collaborate occasionally with product managers to embed AI features into existing and new products.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a corporate trainer or learning systems developer.
• Proven ability to advocate new technologies, drive organisational change and secure senior‑management sponsorship.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for internal AI evangelism.
• Experience developing cross‑functional training programs and supporting policy creation.
• Good command of written and spoken English; Thai language proficiency is important.
• Understanding of current AI tools, generative AI, data privacy, security standards and ethical considerations.
