About the role

Join LEARN Corporation’s AI Special Team to redesign workflows with AI, boosting productivity and improving the quality of services delivered to learners across Thailand.

Key responsibilities

• Embed within business units or corporate functions to map processes, identify bottlenecks and propose AI‑driven redesigns.
• Build and maintain AI and data automation workflows using prompt engineering, low‑code/no‑code platforms and custom scripting.
• Develop and enforce AI policies, governance and data‑privacy standards across the organization.
• Lead change‑management initiatives, translating technical concepts for non‑technical staff and removing adoption obstacles.
• Champion upskilling programs and nurture an internal AI community to foster a future‑ready culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with a portfolio or real‑world experience in digital transformation, process optimisation or AI/automation.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on measurable impact (ROI, cost‑saving, speed, quality).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/Node.js.
• Understanding of SQL or vector databases.
• Experience with API integrations (REST, Webhooks).
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Make, n8n, Power Automate or Zapier.
• Hands‑on use of AI frameworks/APIs like OpenAI API or Gemini.
