Analyst, Pricing (Bangkok based, relocation provided)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Pricing Analyst to join its new B2B Business division. Based in Bangkok with relocation support, you will help shape pricing and commercial strategies for partner channels across the Booking Holdings portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve pricing strategies and optimization for B2B partner channels.
• Design and lead experimentation roadmaps, defining test design, success metrics, decision frameworks and post‑test actions.
• Conduct structured analyses such as elasticity, incrementality, cannibalisation and scenario modelling to evaluate growth opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior internal and external stakeholders, surfacing trade‑offs and driving decisions to closure.
• Coordinate cross‑functional execution with Commercial, Product, Data Science, Marketing and Operations teams.
• Translate complex findings into concise executive narratives, recommendations and decision‑ready materials.
• Manage strategic partner and vendor interactions, including presentations and follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Proven experience applying quantitative analysis to commercial decisions in technology, e‑commerce, travel or related sectors.
• Strong ability to communicate insights to senior stakeholders and influence outcomes.
• Comfort working in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments where alignment is critical.
