Asia Risk Control and Process Improvement Manager

About the role

Join Nutreco as the BU Asia Risk Control and Process Improvement Manager, leading governance, risk management and process optimisation across Asian operating companies. You will partner with senior leaders to ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement and support finance transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation of enterprise‑wide risk management (ERM) and internal control programmes, aligning with Nutreco policies.
• Act as primary liaison with Corporate Risk Management, Internal Audit and senior management on governance, risk and control matters.
• Review risk assessments, control self‑assessments and remediation plans, ensuring key risks are identified, mitigated and monitored.
• Drive continuous improvement of the control environment through standardisation, automation and governance enhancements.
• Lead regional process‑improvement initiatives across finance, supply chain, procurement and operations to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Audit, Risk Management or related field.
• 8‑10 years of experience in internal control, audit, finance, FP&A or process‑improvement roles, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk management, internal controls and business processes.
• Proven ability to partner with senior management and lead cross‑functional improvement projects.
• Fluent in English and willing to travel 20‑30% of the time.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in data‑analytics platforms such as OneStream, Power BI and SAP.
