Associate Manager Marketing Strategy

About the role

Agoda is looking for an Associate Manager to lead Marketing Strategy for its Performance Marketing team in Bangkok. You will work in a data‑driven environment, designing and optimizing campaigns across search and social platforms while building analytical models to improve customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with text ads, bidding strategies, and campaign structures on Google, Bing, Baidu, Naver and other search engines.
• Test, analyze, and optimize display campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and similar channels.
• Analyze large experiment datasets, develop optimization models, and create dashboards for account managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, science).
• Fluent English communication skills.
• 4+ years of experience in top‑tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy/business operations within a fast‑growing tech company.
• Strong numerical reasoning and analytical mindset.
