Associate / Senior Associate – Strategy & Special Projects

About the role

The Associate / Senior Associate will work directly with the CEO, turning strategic priorities into actionable plans and driving cross‑functional initiatives across Learn Corporation’s many business units.

Key responsibilities

• Translate CEO and leadership priorities into clear workstreams, milestones and actions, and manage execution across stakeholders.
• Conduct structured analyses, synthesize data from multiple sources, and prepare high‑quality decision‑support materials for leadership.
• Facilitate cross‑functional alignment, clarify ownership, and maintain momentum on high‑impact projects.
• Manage project tracking, status reporting and meeting cadences to ensure disciplined execution.
• Develop concise executive presentations, memos and briefing notes that distill complex information.
• Lead or contribute to special projects, identify workflow improvements and leverage AI tools to boost productivity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, economics or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 0–5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations or similar roles.
• Demonstrated leadership through academic, professional or extracurricular activities.
• Strong analytical thinking, ability to structure complex problems and work independently.
• High ownership, reliability, attention to detail and comfort in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments.
