Awards Manager

About the role

The Awards Manager joins the Save the Children (Thailand) Foundation Extended Senior Management Team, providing strategic leadership for the organisation’s awards portfolio. This senior position ensures excellence in working with Save the Children members, donors and partners across both emergency and development programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of the current and pipeline awards portfolio, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
• Lead the preparation, submission and management of development and humanitarian programme proposals, awards, sub‑awards and contracts.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to guarantee high‑quality delivery of funded activities.
• Manage and develop the Awards Coordinator and Awards Assistant/intern, fostering a high‑performing team.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting on award performance, compliance and financial tracking.

Required profile

• Proven experience in donor relations, grants management or similar roles within the humanitarian or development sector.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in both emergency and development contexts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
