B2B Marketing Manager

About the role

This is an execution-focused, production-centred B2B marketing role based in Bangkok. It supports the sales and advisory team by creating professional pitch decks, proposals, flyers and other commercial collateral. The company wants a practical, detail-oriented specialist who can independently produce marketing materials to a professional standard.

Key responsibilities

• Produce professional marketing materials: pitch decks, flyers and brochures, client proposals and presentations, visual sales collateral and property marketing sheets.
• Design and format materials using Adobe tools, Canva and PowerPoint at a professional level.
• Support the sales and property advisory teams with client-facing materials and turn technical or market data into clear, visually effective communication.
• Ensure all materials meet brand and professional standards.
• Coordinate with external vendors such as printers, translators and designers when needed.
• Support content and layout for newsletters, reports and research summaries, and help update marketing assets across the website, LinkedIn and presentation channels.
• (Preferred) create location or property maps using QGIS or similar GIS tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on hands-on material production and execution.
• Proven track record producing pitch decks, flyers, brochures, proposals and visual sales collateral.
• Experience supporting sales or client-facing teams with presentation materials.
• B2B industry exposure preferred; real estate, industrial property, logistics or related sectors are a strong advantage.
• Thai-native and professional English.

Required skills

• Advanced Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and PowerPoint.
• Ability to turn technical information into clear, professional visuals.
• Strong organisation, coordination with external vendors and independent work under deadlines.
• Familiarity with GIS tools such as QGIS is an advantage.

What we offer

• Salary of 50,000 - 70,000 THB per month.
