About the role
This position is responsible for the end‑to‑end ownership of bancassurance products within the retail banking division. You will shape the strategy, drive development, and monitor the performance of both life and non‑life insurance offerings, working closely with cross‑functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy for life and non‑life insurance solutions.
- Lead the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing optimisation.
- Collaborate with underwriting, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Analyse market trends and performance metrics to drive product enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience in insurance product management or a related banking role.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
