BU Decision Support Executive

About the role

The BU Decision Support Executive will partner with business co‑pilots and the Decision Supporting Manager to deliver high‑quality financial reporting, forecasting and analysis for Nestlé’s Finance and Control unit. This role is based at the Head Office in Bangkok and focuses on supporting monthly performance reporting, dynamic forecasting and strategic financial studies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports, dynamic forecasts, selling price calculations and other KPI analyses for business units.
• Support the Decision Supporting Manager by providing financial forecasts for the Monthly Business Planning Meeting, based on sales review outputs.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analyses for portfolio rationalisation, marketing spend effectiveness, new product launch scenarios, CAPEX proposals and competitor benchmarking.
• Ensure efficiency and quality of management accounting processes, including timely output and accurate allocation assumptions for the reporting team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 3‑5 years of experience in business analysis, audit, commercial finance or FP&A.
• Strong command of English.
• Experience in FMCG manufacturing or trading is an advantage.
