About the role
The Building Officer will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the company’s facilities in Lak Si, Bangkok. This role ensures that building services run efficiently, safely and in full compliance with relevant regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily building operations and maintenance activities.
- Oversee contractor performance and service quality.
- Drive building image, quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance are consistently met.
