About the role
Join ABB as a Business Controller to partner with business leaders and finance teams, driving financial performance and strategic planning within an assigned division.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a business partner to managers, optimizing financial performance and supporting decision‑making.
- Lead business planning, forecasting and cross‑functional initiatives to implement global standards.
- Ensure transparent financial reporting, internal controls and risk mitigation.
- Communicate with internal customers to improve operations, work quality and efficiency.
Required profile
- 8‑10 years of experience in financial controlling, business controlling or management accounting.
- Professional degree in Accounting and Finance.
- Strong English communication skills; Thai is a plus.
