About the role

As a Business Development Officer at OnDemand, you will drive growth for Thailand’s leading tutoring service, turning strategic insights into market opportunities and new revenue streams.

Key responsibilities

Conduct market analysis, develop business cases and identify high‑potential opportunities.
Build and negotiate partnerships with startups and corporations, managing long‑term relationships.
Lead end‑to‑end execution of new initiatives, coordinating cross‑functional teams and launching pilot projects.
Develop go‑to‑market strategies for new ventures and scale successful pilots into core offerings.

Required profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field.
3‑5 years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, venture capital or similar.
Strong ability to design and evaluate business models and use data‑driven decision making.
Excellent project management, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
