Business Development Oversight Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and curious individual to join our Business Development team in Southeast Asia’s fast‑growing renewable‑energy sector. The 6‑month paid internship, starting as soon as possible, offers the chance to support daily operations while initiating innovative projects that improve efficiency, competitiveness and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy and creating dashboards for management visibility.
• Prepare investor reports and track performance against targets.
• Lead project risk assessments, coordinating with Legal, Technical, Finance and Safety teams.
• Support the preparation of investment‑committee packages and internal strategic initiatives.
• Conduct market research on renewable‑energy trends, policies and competitors.

Required profile

• Final‑year student or recent graduate of a Master programme in Business, Engineering, Sustainability or a related field.
• Strong interest or experience in renewable energy and sustainability.
