About the role
The Chief Librarian will act as the Library of Congress’s primary liaison in Thailand, overseeing the acquisition, cataloging, and distribution of Southeast Asian publications. This role supports global research collections for Congress and U.S. university partners.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as LOC’s key liaison overseeing Southeast Asia collections in Bangkok.
- Direct acquisitions, cataloging, and shipping of Southeast Asian publications for the Library of Congress.
- Shape global research collections for Congress and U.S. university partners.
