Commercial Marketing Department Manager

About the role

The Commercial Marketing Department Manager will lead a multi‑functional team to drive growth, strengthen brand presence and boost customer engagement for OnDemand Education, a key pillar of LEARN Corporation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
• Lead four teams – Commercial Planning, E‑commerce, Creative & Production, Branding & Engagement – providing direction, performance management and budget oversight.
• Partner with Sales, Product and Operations to deliver integrated go‑to‑market execution.
• Develop annual and quarterly go‑to‑market plans, promotional calendars and pricing strategies.
• Drive online growth through digital acquisition, performance marketing and marketplace optimisation.
• Oversee creative asset development across digital, social and offline channels.
• Define and implement brand strategy, customer engagement initiatives and social media performance reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field (Master’s preferred) with 8+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in commercial marketing, go‑to‑market planning and e‑commerce growth, strong people‑management skills and bilingual proficiency in Thai and English.
