Corporate Finance Associate

About the role

Join PwC's Deals Corporate Finance team in Bangkok as a Corporate Finance Associate. You will support M&A, partnership and fundraising opportunities across Thailand and Indochina, working closely with senior colleagues and regional teams to deliver end‑to‑end deal solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the South East Asia Corporate Finance network on deal origination and execution.
• Conduct research on target companies and industry sectors to prepare pitch materials.
• Create and analyse financial models and perform relative valuation exercises for transactions and client presentations.
• Support senior team members throughout the deal cycle, ensuring high‑quality execution and client service.
• Coordinate activities to help achieve the business unit’s strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in investment banking or corporate finance.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; CFA candidacy is a plus.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
• Fluent in English and Thai for business writing and communication.
