Corporate Finance Manager

About the role

Join PwC's Deals Corporate Finance team in Bangkok as a Corporate Finance Manager. You will lead the execution of M&A transactions, providing data‑driven insights that help clients create and realise value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day execution of buy‑side and sell‑side M&A deals from origination to completion.
• Identify and contact investors, prepare marketing materials such as teasers and information memoranda.
• Analyse historical financial performance and collaborate with management to build business plans and financial models.
• Manage due‑diligence processes and coordinate with lawyers and other stakeholders.
• Support client negotiations, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to proposals and presentations.
• Liaise with other service lines for seamless deal execution.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance or an MBA.
• 7+ years of experience in financial modelling development or professional corporate finance.
• Strong analytical ability and understanding of key business drivers.
• Excellent English business writing and communication skills.
• Teamwork, interpersonal and negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• CFA candidates receive first consideration.
