Creative Coordinator – 6‑month Contract

About the role

The Creative Coordinator will lead a small creative team in delivering brand marketing collateral and digital assets for a range of clients. This 6‑month contract role focuses on project planning, team coaching, and ensuring high‑quality, on‑time deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end production process for brand marketing and communications projects, including budgets, timelines and scope.
• Set goals, summarize results and provide clear guidelines to help the team work efficiently.
• Coach and train team members on standard setups, motion‑graphics, video editing and design best practices.
• Maintain visual brand consistency across all online and offline collateral and enforce brand guidelines.
• Communicate daily with internal stakeholders, develop creative briefs and support presentation creation.
• Review creative work, client budgets and advertising drafts to ensure alignment with brand standards and target audience.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on project coordination or client‑facing experience in a creative environment.
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to multitask across several projects.
• Proactive attitude with a track record of improving team quality and efficiency.
• Initiative‑driven, able to create new processes and support team development.
