CRM and Data Analyst

About the role

Hydrogen Group is looking for a CRM and Data Analyst to own the day‑to‑day operation and continuous improvement of its platform ecosystem. You will work closely with Platform, Change and Sales teams to keep CRM, data and AI tools reliable, well‑maintained and evolving.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support the platform: manage users, licences, Salesforce configuration changes and first‑line troubleshooting.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by identifying root causes of bad data, fixing them at source and preparing data for reporting and AI consumption.
• Gather user requirements, translate them into scalable configurations, test enhancements and communicate changes.
• Take operational ownership of BI, data and AI solutions after launch, monitoring performance and resolving issues.
• Identify manual or inconsistent processes and apply AI‑driven automation to improve efficiency.
• Automate your own workload, using saved time to expand platform, data and AI initiatives.
