About the role

Lead the technical side of sales and act as a hands‑on engineering lead for a fast‑moving AI‑agent platform. Build and guide a high‑performing technical team while driving customer integrations from scoping to production.

Key responsibilities

• Lead early‑stage sales conversations, present demos, and guide architecture and security discussions.
• Ship code, build integrations, and set high‑quality engineering standards.
• Build and manage a technical team across engineering, integration, and pre‑sales.
• Drive customer integrations, ensure production accuracy, and gather feedback for product localization.
• Serve as the local technical point of contact, handling escalations and building partnerships.

Required profile

• 7–8+ years of hands‑on software engineering experience with shipped products.
• Proven track record in pre‑sales, solution architecture, or complex technical implementations.
• Customer‑facing experience as Field CTO, Solutions Architect, or Deployed Engineer.
• Strong leadership experience at Director, VP, or Founder level.
• Excellent English and fluency in at least one local language.
• Ability to operate independently in a zero‑to‑one environment.
