Customer Service Staff – 12‑Month Contract

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Staff member to join our Bangkok office on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will act as the front‑line liaison between our customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth order processing, delivery coordination, and issue resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Manage sales and delivery orders, interfacing with customers to build strong service relationships.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and third‑party providers to arrange deliveries and monitor shipment status.
- Work closely with back‑office (APTC) to guarantee timely order fulfillment.
- Support credit management activities, including billing, invoice discrepancy handling, and overdue payment follow‑up.
- Handle customer complaints via the Non‑conformance Management (NCM) system, communicating investigations and corrective actions.
- Provide regular order status reports and align order placement with sales forecasts.
- Assist in implementing business rules for order management and act as backup for the Customer Service team as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s (or master’s) degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, business, or supply‑chain roles.
- Strong communication skills in Thai and English.
- Good computer literacy.
Required skills
- SAP (order‑to‑cash processes)
