Customer Service Staff – 6‑Month Contract

Key responsibilities

• Perform sales and delivery order management, including creation, changes, returns, blocked order follow‑up, shipping and delivery tracking, and dispatch of shipping documents.
• Maintain master data and support credit management by monitoring payment schedules, following up overdue payments, and processing credit/debit notes and rebates.
• Handle customer complaints through the Non‑Conformance Management (NCM) system.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, manage expense claims, and coordinate with various business units.
• Coordinate with logistics and third‑party service providers on delivery arrangements and communicate order‑related matters to customers.
• Follow up on import shipping documents and coordinate with inbound teams.
• Prepare reports and ad‑hoc analyses as required by supervisors and management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in customer service, supply chain or logistics.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities, with the capacity to work well under pressure.
