Customer Solutions Consultant, Platform, Google Cloud

About the role

Google is looking for a Customer Solutions Consultant to join its Platform team in Bangkok. You will work on Google Cloud projects, helping enterprises design and adopt cloud solutions while delivering a high‑quality customer experience. The role requires fluency in English and Thai to engage with regional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand business challenges and translate them into technical cloud solutions.
• Design, prototype, and demonstrate Google Cloud Platform architectures that meet customer requirements.
• Provide guidance on best practices for migration, security, and cost optimization.
• Partner with sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and enablement activities within the team.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English and Thai.
• Proven experience working with enterprise customers on cloud projects.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated attitude with a passion for continuous learning.
