Customer Success Manager, Vietnam

About the role

Salesforce is seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead complex, high‑value engagements for customers in Vietnam. You will act as a strategic advisor and technical orchestrator, driving large‑scale digital transformation and ensuring customers maximize ROI on the Salesforce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the Signature Success roadmap, leveraging Salesforce resources to deliver business value.
• Lead a matrixed team of Success Architects and Specialists, hosting daily stand‑ups and weekly governance calls.
• Align multi‑cloud capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) with customers’ P&L goals and industry needs.
• Secure buy‑in from C‑suite executives, implementation partners, and internal product teams.
• Drive adoption, performance, and engagement to prevent attrition and identify expansion opportunities.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in Vietnamese for workshops, governance calls, and strategic sessions.
• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, SaaS platforms, or related consulting roles.
• Strong consulting skills with the ability to influence C‑level conversations and translate technical concepts into business terms.
• Proven program‑management experience in matrixed, enterprise‑level digital transformations.

Required skills

• Technical mastery of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms.
• Salesforce Admin certification (strongly preferred) and/or Salesforce Consultant certifications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud).
