Data Scientist / Senior Analyst – Supply Analytics (Bangkok, Relocation)

About the role

Join Agoda’s Supply Analytics team in Bangkok to deliver data‑driven insights that shape the company’s supply ecosystem. As a Senior Analyst you will work directly with partners, translate business briefs into analytical projects, and provide actionable recommendations that improve inventory quality and partner economics.

Key responsibilities

• Translate internal briefs into analytical projects, refining questions, forming hypotheses and storyboarding outputs.
• Analyze large‑scale data warehouses, conduct statistically robust analyses and present findings to business stakeholders.
• Identify growth opportunities within supply, drive new analytical initiatives and scale data‑driven processes.
• Automate manual operational workflows and quantify time‑savings from modernization efforts.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years of experience in analytics, data science or business intelligence.
• Strong stakeholder management and comfort presenting to senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, economics, engineering).
• Proven ability to work in an ambiguous, fast‑paced environment and multitask effectively.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL proficiency.
• Data visualization expertise with Tableau (or similar tools).
• Hands‑on experience with Python or R for data analysis and statistical modelling.
• Knowledge of hypothesis testing, regression, logistic regression, random forest and A/B testing.
• Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
