Deals & Valuations Associate

About the role

PwC’s Deals team in Bangkok is seeking an Associate to support valuation activities for mergers, acquisitions and other financial transactions. You will work closely with the Transaction team and other advisory specialists to deliver rigorous analysis that helps clients make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop financial models and projections from raw data.
• Perform business and share valuations using multiple methodologies, including discounted cash‑flow analysis.
• Assist with purchase price allocation, intangible asset valuation and impairment testing.
• Conduct market research and prepare written reports for internal and client meetings.
• Collaborate with PwC’s strategy, tax and accounting advisory professionals to provide integrated valuation advice.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 0‑3 years of experience in financial or valuation modelling; new graduates are welcome.
• Strong analytical ability and understanding of key business drivers.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Thai.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
