Deputy Director of Information Technology

About the role

The Deputy Director of Information Technology at AIF Group is a full‑time, hybrid position based in Nonthaburi. You will lead the IT function, overseeing daily operations, infrastructure, and service delivery to ensure stable, secure, and efficient technology across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead IT projects, system implementations, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud environments, and security controls.
• Establish policies and standards for information security, data management, and disaster recovery.
• Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and control technology budgets.
• Mentor and develop the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to identify technology needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, preferably at a corporate or group level.
• Strong background in IT operations, management, and strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and manage change.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
