About the role

Lead the performance marketing function for OnDemand Education, optimizing paid media across Meta, TikTok and Google Ads to drive conversions and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

Set up, manage and continuously optimize ad campaigns, including audience segmentation, A/B testing and budget allocation.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights for campaign improvements.
Oversee omnichannel presence on Dotcom and other digital platforms, and explore new marketplace and affiliate opportunities.
Manage SEO strategies, website and landing‑page optimisation to improve organic traffic and user experience.

Required profile

Thai nationality with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
2+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising or e‑commerce sales management.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and other tracking tools.
