Director of Content and Product Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Director of Content and Product Operations to lead data‑driven operational excellence across our travel platform. Based in Bangkok, you will shape strategy, roadmap and KPIs that turn customer and product insights into business value.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer and product data to identify business opportunities and set priorities.
• Define and own the strategy, roadmap and performance metrics for content and product operations.
• Build, scale and manage multiple large, cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced international environment.
• Lead execution and collaborate with product managers and IT on A/B experiments and reporting.
• Coordinate with accommodation supply, connectivity, strategic partnerships and customer support to ensure operational excellence.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in content or product operations, preferably within a technology‑driven travel or e‑commerce business.
• Strong analytical background with a track record of turning data insights into actionable strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large, diverse teams and drive results in a global setting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
