Director of Experiential Education Framework

About the role

Jumpfoundation is seeking a senior leader to head its Experiential Education Framework (EEF). Based in Bangkok with frequent travel across Asia, Europe, Africa and North America, you will shape the next generation of school‑based experiential learning programs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, evolution and productisation of all eight EEF units (visioning, curriculum mapping, SOPs, risk management, teacher & student training, trip management, impact monitoring, continuous learning).
• Ensure the framework integrates seamlessly with diverse curricula (IB, IGCSE, national programmes) while maintaining JUMP!’s brand and quality standards.
• Oversee strategic development, implementation and commercial rollout of the EEF to international schools.
• Maintain safety, effectiveness and alignment with global best practices across all resources and tools.
• Collaborate with school leaders, educators and partners to gather feedback and continuously improve the framework.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in experiential or project‑based education.
• Strong understanding of international school systems and curriculum standards.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of product development and commercial execution.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work across multiple cultural contexts.
