Early Years Educator – International School in Thailand (Oct 2026)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Early Years Educators to join our international school in Thailand starting October 2026. You will create playful, engaging learning experiences that nurture curiosity, early literacy, numeracy, communication and social development for young learners.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver play‑based lessons that introduce early literacy, numeracy and communication skills.
• Foster confidence, independence and social development in children.
• Collaborate with colleagues and teaching assistants to enhance the curriculum.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with families and the wider school community.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education or a related field.
• Recognised early childhood teaching qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of kindergarten or early years teaching experience.
• Genuine passion for working with young children and strong understanding of child development.
• Warm, patient, nurturing approach with confident classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable, culturally sensitive and able to work in an international environment.
• International or bilingual school experience is advantageous.
